What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 100 sets (400 individual coasters). This ensures the best value for custom engraving setup.
How long does production take?
Standard orders take 7-10 business days. Rush orders (3-5 days) and express orders (1-2 days) are available for additional fees.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS) provide the best engraving quality.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! You can order a sample pack (2 coasters) for $10 including shipping to see our quality firsthand.
